    The Department of Health and Social Care recommend that:


    • Adults and children 5 and over (including pregnant and breastfeeding women) should consider taking a daily supplement containing 10 μg (400 IU) of Vitamin D during autumn and winter.

    Adults and children over 5 at risk of vitamin deficiency should consider taking taking a daily supplement supplement containing 10 μg (400 IU) of Vitamin D.

    • Children aged 1 to 4 years old should be given a daily supplement containing 10 μg (400 IU) of 

    Vitamin D.  

    • Breastfeeding babies from birth to 1 years old should be given a daily supplement containing 8.5 μg to 10 μg of Vitamin D.

    Formula milk fed babies from birth to 1 years old should also be given a daily supplement containing 8.5 μg to 10 μg of Vitamin D UNLESS they are having more than 500ml of infant formula milk per day.  If they are having more than 500ml of formula milk per day then these milk formula contain all the vitamin D they will need.

    Ingredients: Medium Chain Triglycerides (Fractionated Coconut Oil), Vitamin D (Cholecalciferol), Antioxidant: Alpha Tocopherol.


    Do not use if allergic to any of these ingredients.

  • Usage

    Dose: 2 drops to be given once daily.  Do not exceed the stated dose.


    Directions:


    1. Shake bottle.

    2. Unscrew cap. On first opening do not use if seal is broken.

    3. Turn bottle vertically upside down and tap base with index finger until drops form.

    4. Catch drops on spoon and then consume or add to food or drink.

    5. Replace cap firmly.

    6. Once opened use within five months.


    Keep out of sight and reach of children.

    Do not store above 25 oC and keep away from direct sunlight.

    Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
